OK, let’s get started…
Despite its bargain price at only £39.99, the VonHaus 3 in 1 Leaf Blower works surprisingly well. Instead of spending hours doing tiresome work raking leaves and then mulching them, you can now keep your lawns and patios tidy without much of an effort.
Here’s a handy image showing all the individual parts of the blower to help you get a better picture:
The VonHaus blower works in three different stages, each one activated by a simple move of the dial (check out the video further down in this review).
- Blower mode: for blowing leaves into a pile
- Vacuum mode: for sucking the leaves into the collection bag
- Mulcher: automatically shreds the waste into composting material
Now that you’re more familiar with what the VonHaus leaf blower can do, let’s get into the specifics.
Let’s start by looking at the key features at a glance:
- Ergonomic design
- Easy to use
- Powerful 3,000W motor
- 3-in-1 function
- 35L collection bag
The best thing about the VonHaus 3 in 1 Leaf Blower is how well it’s designed. It’s all about ergonomics and comfort.
Featuring a pair of wheels on the bottom of the blower ensures you can move it freely wherever you need. It also has a conveniently placed handle to help you manoeuvre it more easily.
With a weight of just over 7lb, it’s still pretty lightweight to carry around, but you don’t have to do that even because it has an attached shoulder strap that can be adjusted to your liking, allowing you to use the blower for longer periods of time without any signs of fatigue.
Easy to use
All of these amazing features mean that using the VonHaus 3 in 1 leaf blower is as easy as it gets.
Almost every buyer noticed that they find it much easier to pick up the leaves with the VonHaus than with any other method.
It’s very simple to set up right from the start and the assembly instructions are easy to follow.
In addition, the collection bag can be opened with a zipper, so emptying it when is full can be done hassle-free.
Powerful 3,000W motor
With a 3,000 watt motor, the flow rate of the VonHaus 3 in 1 leaf blower is impressive. It allows you to finish the job much more efficiently without having to go over the same leaves twice.
It’s connected via a 10-meter long cable, allowing you to manoeuvre it around your garden with ease.
Or you can plug it into an extension lead if your garden is larger than 10m from a socket
The fact that the VonHaus blower can function as a vacuum, a blower and a mulcher, makes it an irreplaceable tool you should always have to take care of your garden, patio and driveway.
You can save a lot of time by not having to use three different tools for a task you can complete with only one. Just rotate the dial on the top of the handle and you can easily switch between blowing and vacuuming.
As for the mulching, it happens automatically when the leaves go through the collection bag, with a 10:1 mulching ratio.
35L collection bag
Although some users thought the collection bag was small, which it is compared to other models, it’s not without its reason.
The fact that it’s so small means you can easily move the tool around, even when the bag is full.
And the automatic mulching function saves a ton of space inside the bag, allowing you to vacuum a surprisingly large amount of leaves before emptying it.
For even greater convenience, the bag has an easy-pull zip to make emptying that much easier.
Here are the highlights…
- 3-in-1 function
- Great value
- Lightweight design
- Shoulder strap and base wheels
- 2-year warranty
- Trusted brand
- 3,000W motor
- 35L collection bag

What are People Saying…?
With more than a thousand 5-star reviews on Amazon, it’s clear that the VonHaus 3 in 1 leaf blower really did deliver on its promises.
People seem to love that the product is extremely good value, and the fact that is so easy to use makes it that much better.
This product arrived yesterday and I assembled it in 10 minutes flat, very easy to put together. Just had to have a screwdriver to screw 2 sections together. Strong but lightweight. When I first used it yesterday, what an amazing vacuum, blower, and mulcher. Very powerful machine and yet so easy to operate! Blower works very well, suction on the vacuum incredibly good, works very well in my medium-sized garden. Easy to use, light-weight and amazing value for money! Don’t buy those expensive “brand name” products, buy this one! You won’t be disappointed. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it! –Gregory Contell
What’s the Downside…?
Although the majority of the reviews are positive, there are still some negatives to be said.
The main issue seems to be with collecting wet leaves. They can sometimes clog the nozzle or the entrance to the bag, but you can easily disassemble it and unclog it to return to optimal performance.
The blower and vacuum strength is good and the mulching performance is great – you can remove a lot of leaves before having to empty the bag. The inlet isn’t very large and does clog quite easily with larger leaves, especially if they’re a little damp – the same goes for the exit into the bag; this can clog resulting in loss of suction. This is easily cleared and is again made worse with damp leaves. Overall, a good return on investment. – Matt

Is it Suitable for You..?
If you often have leaves falling off and blocking your way around your yard or patio and can’t be bothered to use a leaf raker for hours, then the VonHaus 3 in 1 leaf blower will suit you just fine.
You can use it to blow all the leaves in one area, and then use the vacuum function to suck them all up. And to finish, just unzip the bag, and empty out the mulched leaves into your compost.
With such amazing features and an extremely affordable price of only £39.99, it’s hard to find reasons not to get this blower.
If you’re still not sure about this option, check out some of the other reviews available which are also good leaf blowers. Some corded and cordless electric machines.

The bottom line…

It’s lightweight, easy to use and does most of the job instead of you. As far as electric leaf blowers go, it has a remarkable and powerful flow rate, allowing you to get the task done quickly.
Its price is low, but it still has all of the same features that more expensive models do.
Overall, a very efficient tool and excellent value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will the 3,000w leaf blower/ vacuum pick up pine needles from artificial turf – paving and gravel?
A: The 3,000W leaf blower can pick up pine needles from artificial turf and pavement but not from gravel as that will get sucked up along with the needles, most likely.
Q: Can the tube be lengthened to reach into corners and behind dustbins and garden pots etc?
A: No, it is slim enough to get behind the pots and wheelie bins. You could always use it as a blower to blow stuff from behind pots and then switch to suction to gather it up.
Q: Does this come apart easily for easy storage or is it fixed once assembled?
A: Yes, it’s got a couple of screws in the long black bit. The bag just clipped on or off and it’s also not too big and can be hung on the garage door.
