The GTech ST20 Grass Trimmer is a British made, premium quality grass trimmer, strimmer and edge cutter.
Update: GTech continue to produce this ST20 trimmer. It now has almost 8,000 reviews with an average rating of 4.5 stars.
This year they have discontinued the ST05 strimmer. The ST20 is now the only offering for a grass trimmer from GTech.
I can only imagine the reason is that the ST05 was getting a bit old and the ST20 is a much better version.
ST20 vs ST05
The GTech strimmer ST05 was also called the “GTech rapid blade pro” and had a 14.4v battery. The new ST20 has a more powerful 18v lithium-ion GTech strimmer battery.

This cordless, electric tool is designed for keeping the lawn tidy and general use, where you do not need to use it for extended periods. If you’re a professional lawn keeper, this isn’t for you.
You can tell from the thousands of happy customers that this tool does a great job, is really convenient and easy to use.
It’s ideal if you want to quickly neaten up the lawn edges, around trees and obstacles in the garden. I can highly recommend this product and am sure you won’t be disappointed.
