The CosmoGrill has six main stainless steel gas burners and you can adjust the amount of heat each burner releases.
No matches are needed since the knobs use piezo ignition, and each one has a button so you can ignite the burners individually.
Flavouring bars are important

These are tent-like pieces of metal that sit under the grate over each burner and they’re very important.
They work as a shield, so drippings don’t clog up the burners; as a place for those drippings to hit and vaporise into flavourful smoke that gives your food that unique grill flavour; and as a way to spread the heat of the burners across the surface of the grill.
Layered BBQ hood

First of all, when you turn on your grill, the hood will make it reach cooking temperatures much faster. It also allows you to not only grill cook, but also bake or roast it.
Let’s say you have a chunky steak that’s too thick to grill. Just close the hood and the trapped air will heat up and act like an oven.

Fully Removable Grease Tray

Here’s a useful tip: line your tray with some aluminium foil and put some sand on top. This will absorb the fat, and when you are finished grilling you just need to throw away the liner.
An easy-to-clean tray is now even easier to clean!

Keeping foods warm

As soon as your food is fully cooked you put it on the rack to keep it hot without being cooked anymore.
Once the rest of the slower-cooking food is ready, you can serve everything at once.
Need to move it? No problem

It has two castor wheels so moving it is a breeze. Considering that this grill isn’t really a compact unit and that it weighs almost 40kg, being able to move it around so easily is a welcomed feature.

There is a lid which covers this burner, so if you don’t need to use it you can close that to create another area for putting plates, etc on.
