It houses a fire bowl, charcoal grate, mesh cover, poker and a cooking grill.

You should consider raising the pit in the case where it’s resting on grass, lest risk the heat emanating from it ruining your perfectly landscaped luscious lawn. Otherwise, place it on a fire-safe flooring such as concrete, crushed gravel, decomposed granite or flagstone pavers.

Given that its approximate height is similar to that of pets and crawling kids, it’s advisable to take extra care while BBQ-ing near them.

The bottom line…

All things considered, the Fire Vida Fire Pit is a perfect heating and cooking option. We’d recommend it if asked because of its sleek, modern design, low weight and its ease of use and maintenance.

Its array of additional features enhance its performance and convenience while the foldable legs ease its storage and transportation – even without a carry bag.

Even without a designated rim for the grill to sit on, you can have your lamb skewers or 8 chicken breasts cooking away on it without any significant stability issues.

It`s a shame though that space the grill and the bottom of the pit is not deep enough to house more charcoal. Nonetheless, you can always lift it (with ease) to add more fuel.
